A Human Resource Manager has many responsibilities within an organization. The job description for this position can be broad, or more specific depending on the organization. Many HR managers also oversee the recruitment process. The human resources manager may also be responsible for philanthropic giving and space planning, and oversee recruitment processes. They are directly involved in determining which policies are necessary for a business’s success. In addition, the manager is responsible for advising and assisting company managers in all human resources-related decisions.
